Ingredients (for a double portion):

  • 8cl of a light bourbon cask whisky (I used the Duo de Malt by Du Breuil)
  • 10-12 strawberries, crowns taken off.
  • around 2-3 cl sugar syrup
  • Ice 
  • Garnish (I used small strawberries, but a tiny part of fresh mint is better.)

Tools:

  • Blender
  • Cocktail glasses
