Een onafhankelijke bottelaar uit Leith, Edinburgh, die vaten door heel Schotland selecteert en alles zelf bottelt. Geen chill filtration. Geen kleur toegevoegd. Gewoon whisky zoals het bedoeld is. En zoals ze zelf zeggen\u2026 it\u2019s no pish. En deze Q2 2026 release laat precies zien wat ze daarmee bedoelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rook, jodium, zomerse bessen, warme kruiden. Islay\u2026 maar dan net even anders.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBen Nevis 18 jaar \u2013 48.9% ABV (sherry finish)
Marmelade, melkchocolade, perzik, toffee. Dat eigenwijze Ben Nevis karakter, mooi afgerond.<\/p>\n\n\n\nClynelish 10 jaar \u2013 54% ABV
Waxy, honing, vanille, boomgaardfruit. Clean, klassiek\u2026 maar met body.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAllt-A-Bhainne 30 jaar \u2013 51.5% ABV
Romig, zoet, aardbeien, butterscotch. 30 jaar oud en nog steeds levendig.<\/p>\n\n\n\nGlendronach 20 jaar \u2013 51.9% ABV (bourbon vat)
Olieachtig, waxy, citrus, appel, lichte koffie tonen. Een frissere kant van een bekende naam.<\/p>\n\n\n\nCambus 34 jaar \u2013 52% ABV (single grain)
Kokos, melkchocolade, abrikoos. Oude grain\u2026 precies zoals het moet zijn.
Van een 73.2% Glengoyne die niet aanklopt\u2026 maar gewoon de deur intrapt\u2026 tot een 34 jaar oude Cambus die rustig blijft zitten en alles onder controle heeft. Van rauwe Islay rook\u2026 tot dat typische waxy Highland profiel en zachte, gerijpte grain. Verschillende stijlen. Verschillende momenten. Maar \u00e9\u00e9n idee\u2026 gewoon heel, heel goede whisky.
