Zelfde distilleerderij, dezelfde spirit\u2026 maar vier compleet verschillende richtingen, puur door de invloed van het vat. Fino blijft licht, fris en bijna maritiem. Palo Cortado voelt gelaagd en subtiel complex. Oloroso brengt diepte, kruidigheid en structuur. Pedro Xim\u00e9nez gaat richting rijk, donker en vol.
Alle vier gebotteld op 52,1% ABV, non-chill filtered en een pure expressie van hoe bepalend vatrijping kan zijn voor whisky. De Sherry Cask Quadrilogy is veel meer dan een collectie \u2013 het is een uitnodiging om te reizen. Door deze vier expressies naast elkaar te presenteren, bieden we liefhebbers een unieke, leerzame en zintuiglijke ervaring. Elk vat vertelt een ander verhaal, terwijl het Bretonse DNA dat zo kenmerkend is voor Armorik behouden blijft. Erwan Lefebvre, Master Blender Een mooi project dat niet alleen draait om proeven\u2026 maar vooral om begrijpen wat sherryvaten \u00e9cht doen met een spirit.
