Dit is de vijfde release binnen de bekroonde Iberian Series, gecre\u00eberd door Master Blender David McCabe, en het is er eentje die zoete wijninvloeden combineert met dat klassieke, kruidige Single Pot Still karakter waar Redbreast om bekendstaat. De Moscatel-vaten zijn afkomstig van Bodega Quitapenas in M\u00e1laga, een historisch wijnhuis dat inmiddels door de vijfde generatie wordt geleid. Wat kun je verwachten in het glas? Een duidelijke mediterrane signatuur:
Mandarijn, sinaasappelschil en kamille, ondersteund door vanille, honing en gekonfijt fruit. En natuurlijk die typische pot-still-kruiden die voor diepte zorgen: zwarte peper en kruidnagel.
