Ninkasi is trots whisky fran\u00e7ais, puur \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise. Geboren in Lyon (1997) als craft brewery, later gevormd tot whisky met een uitgesproken Franse blik: 100% Franse mout, Charentais koperen pot still-DNA (ja, Cognac-vibes), en rijping gestuurd door Frans eiken en wijnvaten. Gebotteld op 46%, non-chill filtered, natuurlijke kleur. \u00c9lev\u00e9 en France, met flow en zelfvertrouwen. En ja, deze range is meer dan alleen whisky. Dit is kunst in flesvorm. Conceptuele labels, grafische smaakindicatoren in plaats van klassieke tasting notes, en namen die aanvoelen als hoofdstukken uit een manifest, niet als producten op een plank. Vier expressies, vier stemmingen. Geen peat. Geen ruis. Alleen karakter. Een Franse single malt whisky-ervaring die modern en creatief is, en verrassend gastronomisch aanvoelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow aligncenter\" data-effect=\"slide\" Moutzoetheid, amandelkoekje, rijpe peer, een florale lift en zachte witte peper. Romige textuur, subtiele vanille en lichte kruidige droogheid. Schoon, gebalanceerd, doordacht. R\u00e9fl\u00e9chi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Code<\/strong><br>Lichter en speelser. Abrikoos, gele pruim, warm gebak, zachte karamel en een vleug cacao. Fruitig en rond, modern zonder diepgang te verliezen. Makkelijk te drinken, lastig te negeren. Nouvelle vibe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Flow<\/strong><br>Zoals de naam al zegt: dit glijdt. Witte bloemen, perzik, lychee, honingachtige frisheid en citruszeste. Soepel, zuiver en licht gastronomisch. Gevaarlijk doordrinkbaar, gebouwd op pure \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Manifesto<\/strong><br>Donkerder, dieper, serieuzer. Walnoot, gekonfijte sinaasappel, kruidige cake, gestructureerd hout en een elegante bitterheid. Voller, langer, verwarmend. Deze blijft hangen. Caract\u00e8re.<br><br>En dan het mooie voor ons, Nederlandse whiskyliefhebbers (en de rest van de wereld): We houden van reizen door Frankrijk. Lange autoritten, kleine dorpjes, goed eten\u2026 en soms loop je een caviste binnen, een bar \u00e0 whisky, of zie je ergens een fles staan en ontdek je iets onverwachts.
