Proefnotities<\/strong>
Neus<\/strong>:
Rogge staat direct voorop: kruidig en peperig, met een lichte \u201cbakkerij\u201d-toon. Daarna gekonfijte citrus (sinaasappelschil), gevolgd door vanille en een zachte, romige indruk met honingachtige graan-\/papwarmte.
Smaak<\/strong>:
Vol en romig. Een stevige moutbasis draagt het geheel, met daaronder tonen van roggebrood. Vanille-eik bouwt geleidelijk op (goed ge\u00efntegreerd), gevolgd door een subtiele hint boter\/toffee en karamel.
Afdronk<\/strong>:
Middellang tot lang, met meer gelaagde kruiden (o.a. kruidnagel en nootmuskaat) die uitlopen in soepele, elegante eikentannines. Schoon, in balans en licht \u201cgrippy\u201d.
Conclusie<\/strong>:
