Bushmills zelf ligt in het dorp Bushmills in County Antrim, vlak bij de Giant\u2019s Causeway. De licentie gaat terug tot 1608 en nog steeds draait het hier om triple distilled Irish single malt:

Romige melkchocolade, honing, dadels, vijgen en rozijnen, cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e, warme karamel en zachte sherrykruiden, met rijpe appel, perzik, een vleugje tropisch fruit, vanille, geroosterde amandelen en lichte eik.
Smaak<\/strong>:
Zijdezacht en rijk voor 40%: gedroogd fruit, sinaasappelschil, donkere druiven en kersen met karamel, toffee, cacao en noten. Zoet, maar gered door eikkruiden en een klein, nootachtig bitterje.
Afdronk<\/strong>:
