Eerder mini batch.<br>Lasse \u00d6znek \u2013 Master Distiller Voormalig farmaceutisch wetenschapper, nu whiskyvisionair. Lasse combineert wetenschap en ambacht om Deense whisky opnieuw te defini\u00ebren \u2013 met lef, smaak en innovatie. Gisteren een priv\u00e9 Teams-intro gehad \u2013 geen druk, toch? Ik wist echt niet wat ik moest verwachten\u2026 maar wow. Deze komt binnen. Enkelvoudige distillatie \u2013 dus geen smaakverlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Het Hout<\/strong><br>Alleen virgin Hongaarse eik. Getoast, niet gebrand. Karamel over kersen, met hints van pruim en abrikozen\u00adschil.<br><br><strong>Smaak<\/strong>:<br>Dik en kruidig. Donkere suiker, rijp fruit, hout \u2013 rijk als een dessert, uitgesproken als een statement.<br><br><strong>Afdronk<\/strong>:<br>Lang en gelaagd. Begint met zoete kruidigheid en tabak, eindigt droog en kruidig met soepel leer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mijn Mening Eerlijk? Deze overviel me compleet. Grote smaken. Intense persoonlijkheid. Toch verfijnd. Ben je fan van smaakbommen met elegantie?
