Geen rookbom zoals op Islay. Meer een rokerige fluistering\u2026 in zijden pyjama\u2019s.<br><br><strong>Neus<\/strong>:<br>Zachte BBQ-rook, maar niet van het type \u201cbrandende tractorband\u201d.<br>Denk eerder aan gegrilde kruiden, een drupje honing en gesmolten boter op popcorn. Alles ademt een warme gezelligheid \u2013 alsof iemand een vuurtje heeft aangestoken om marshmallows te roosteren, niet om de winter te overleven.<br><br><strong>Smaak<\/strong>:<br>Zoet en hartig in ultieme harmonie. Eerst honing en karamel, dan komt die kruidige rook zachtjes opzetten. Een zilt randje \u2013 hint naar kombu misschien \u2013 samen met gedroogde heide en wilde struiken. Geen spektakel, gewoon gelaagd, gebalanceerd en stiekem verslavend.<br><br><strong>Afdronk<\/strong>:<br>Zoet, rokerig, hartig. Alsof iemand je dram subtiel met BBQ-glaze heeft ingesmeerd \u2013 maar dan sjiek. Het wilde Koreaanse klimaat: ijskoude winters van -20\u00b0C en bloedhete zomers van 38\u00b0C. De natuur drukt daar op fast-forward voor het rijpingsproces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Met extra lange fermentatie (120 uur!), Koreaanse gist \u00e9n zelfs Koreaans eikenhout (ja echt), krijgt deze dram een diepgang die aards, kruidig en gewoon\u2026 anders is. Geen Schotse copycat.
