En nu ook de thuisbasis van hun eerste vaste collectie: de Signature Line. De man achter dit avontuur? Bryan Do, die zich ooit afvroeg: \u201cWaarom geen Koreaanse whisky?\u201d Tel daar legendarische master distiller Andrew Shand bij op (ex-Glenlivet), Schotse Forsyth ketels, puur bronwater, Koreense gist \u00e9n zelfs Koreaans eikenhout \u2014 en je hebt iets \u00e9cht unieks in handen. Een nieuw hoofdstuk in de whiskygeschiedenis wordt geschreven. Niet zomaar whisky uit Korea, maar echte Koreaanse whisky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De whisky die ik proefde: Ki One Tiger Gerijpt in sherry- en wijnvaten. Gebotteld op 46%. Rijp fruit, honing en een vleugje eiken.<br><br><strong>Smaak<\/strong>:<br>Karamel, butterscotch, dadels, rozijnen en een snufje nootmuskaat. Zacht, elegant en gevaarlijk doordrinkbaar.<br><br><strong>Afdronk<\/strong>:<br>Appel, pruim, rijk eiken en gedroogd fruit. Een zachte, gelaagde afscheidsgroet. Nog jong \u2014 maar je proeft de potentie. En eerlijk\u2026 wat een rit.
