Om het 20-jarig jubileum van de iconische Redbreast 15 Year Old te vieren, komt er een gelimiteerde Cask Strength editie \u2013 en geloof me, dit is er eentje voor op de plank \u00e9n in het glas. Afkomstig uit slechts 15 zorgvuldig gekozen vaten (ja, 15 voor 15 jaar \u2013 ze houden van symboliek daar in Midleton), gebotteld op een stevige 56.3% ABV. Geen filter, geen water \u2013 gewoon pure Ierse pot still power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wat kun je verwachten? Frisse citrus, kruidige pit, gedroogd fruit, een snuf eik en vooral h\u00e9\u00e9l veel karakter. Zoals master blender Dave McCabe zegt: \u201cCask strength laat de whiskey echt spreken.\u201d En dat doet-ie. Fun fact: Redbreast 15 was oorspronkelijk bedoeld als een eenmalige botteling. Maar de liefde van de fans maakte \u2018m tot vaste waarde \u2013 en deze nieuwe release is een dikke knipoog naar dat beginmoment. Herkenbaar \u00e9n verrassend krachtig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
