Na het succes van hun bekroonde Speyside Malt-serie presenteert de onafhankelijke whisky-specialist Douglas Laing & Co. met trots een intrigerende nieuwkomer: Scallywag Noir \u2013 een gelimiteerde botteling boordevol karakter, diepe zoetheid en de onweerstaanbare aantrekkingskracht van het duister.

<\/figure>Deze dram rijpte voornamelijk in Pedro Xim\u00e9nez sherryvaten uit het zonnige Jerez in Spanje \u2013 en dat proef je meteen. Vanaf de eerste neus tot de laatste slok barst hij van de donkere vruchten, warme kruiden en de weelderige zoetheid die PX zo geliefd maakt. Gebotteld op een natuurlijke vatsterkte van 52,8% ABV, non-chill filtered en zonder toegevoegde kleurstoffen, blijft Noir trouw aan Scallywag\u2019s brutale stijl \u2013 maar dan met een dieper, mysterieuzer randje.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Neus<\/strong>: Fluweelzachte zoetheid, gedroogde pruimen, zwarte kersen en een warme kruidigheid.
Smaak<\/strong>: Denk aan pure chocolade, gekruide eik en in sherry gedrenkte rozijnen \u2013 rijk, gelaagd en boeiend.
