Hinch doet het helemaal zelf \u2013 de eerste echte Single Malts uit County Down zijn er!

Yes, het moment is daar: Hinch Distillery brengt z\u2019n allereerste eigen Ierse single malts uit. Niet alleen gerijpt en gebotteld op locatie, maar nu ook \u00e9cht zelf gedistilleerd in hun distilleerderij in County Down, Noord-Ierland.

Van korrel tot glas: 100% Hinch.<\/strong>
Wat komt er aan? Twee knappe flessen: Hinch Single Malt Gerijpt in bourbon- en Oloroso-sherryvaten. Fris en fruitig in de neus met citrus, en op de tong: gekonfijte appel, perziksiroop en koekjes. Jep, koekjes. Hinch Peated Single Malt Hier komt de rook: as, heide en geroosterde ananas in de neus. In de smaak: honing, zwarte peper, gerookt steenzout en pure chocolade. Veel laagjes, veel plezier.
William Stafford, Distillery Manager en Head Distiller bij Hinch, zegt het zo \u2014 en terecht: \u201cThis is a landmark moment for us. For the first time, we are releasing whiskey that\u2019s not just matured and bottled on-site, but distilled here too. It means every drop is Hinch through and through. It\u2019s been a long journey from cask to bottle, but these whiskeys were never going to be rushed. They were crafted to reflect both the innovation and heritage of Irish whiskey.\u201d
