The GlenAllachie 2014 Chinquapin & Pedro Xim\u00e9nez Cask Matured \u2013 Sinteis Part I<\/strong>

\u2018Sinteis\u2019 (uitgesproken als sin-teesh), het Schots-Gaelische woord voor \u2018synthese\u2019, weerspiegelt The GlenAllachie\u2019s creatieve benadering van vatrijping, waarbij verschillende houttypes samensmelten tot iets bijzonders. Twee karaktervolle vaten. E\u00e9n perfecte harmonie.

Voor Sinteis Part I rijpte The GlenAllachie hun rijke single malt in een combinatie van eerstgevulde Pedro Xim\u00e9nez Sherry puncheons en Chinquapin virgin oak \u2013 een unieke eikensoort afkomstig uit de Ozark Mountains in Missouri. Dit resulteert in een gelaagde whisky vol tonen van donkere vruchten, warme specerijen en rijke chocolade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neus<\/strong>: Drop, butterscotch en gegrilde honingraat, aangevuld met gekonfijte boomgaardvruchten, cacao en treacle tart. Smaak<\/strong>: Gember, butterscotch en gekonfijte citroenschijfjes openen de smaakbeleving, gevolgd door vijgenjam, bramen en melasse, met een lange afdronk vol kaneel en rijke cacao. Gebotteld op natuurlijke vatsterkte van 57,8% ABV, zonder koude filtering en zonder toegevoegde kleurstoffen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sinteis Part I is vanaf vandaag verkrijgbaar bij de distilleerderij en via de online shop, en zal de komende weken wereldwijd steeds breder beschikbaar worden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
