Hun nieuwste seizoensgebonden release, Huntress: Lemon Meadow, is een frisse en florale ode aan de lente, gevangen in een glas. Deze editie uit 2025 in de Huntress-serie draait volledig om het vakmanschap van fermentatie. Nc\u2019nean gebruikte een gistsoort die normaal gesproken wordt ingezet bij de productie van Franse mousserende wijn. Het resultaat is een zachte, gelaagde single malt met tonen van citroensorbet, verse kamille en boterige shortbread.<br><br>Gebotteld in maart 2025 op 48,5% alcohol, blijft Lemon Meadow trouw aan Nc\u2019neans kernwaarden:<br>\u2022 100% biologisch geteelde Schotse gerst<br>\u2022 Natuurlijke kleur, niet koud gefilterd<br>\u2022 Gefermenteerd met Anchor-, Fermentis- en DistilaMax LM-gist<br>\u2022 Gerijpt in Nc\u2019neans kenmerkende huisstijl-vaten (gevuld in april 2019 \u2013 zonder offici\u00eble leeftijdsaanduiding, conform de regels voor Scotch whisky)<br><br>Lemon Meadow is meer dan zomaar een whisky \u2013 het is een inkijkje in Nc\u2019neans vooruitstrevende visie. Romig, fris en met een vleugje wilde elegantie is deze gelimiteerde botteling een verfrissende interpretatie van traditie.
