Batch No. 02 is \u2013 net als zijn voorganger \u2013 gerijpt op een combinatie van ex-bourbon, virgin oak en ex-sherry oak vaten. Toch is het receptuur licht aangepast. Waar Batch No. 01 nog draaide om de kracht en kruidigheid van virgin oak, verschuift bij Batch No. 02 de nadruk naar de zachte invloed van bourbonvaten. Virgin oak is nog steeds aanwezig, maar speelt een bescheidener rol, waardoor het natuurlijke karakter van de spirit nog beter tot zijn recht komt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
