Zelf whisky maken?<\/strong>
Tijdens de workshop Whisky Distilleren krijg je de kans om zelf distillateur te worden!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We beginnen je workshop met de ontvangst op de Loki Distillery (heeft niets te maken met Mike Loki Gerards!<\/em>).
Hier staat een bijzondere whisky voor je klaar. Vervolgens duiken we in de geschiedenis van whisky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daarna is het tijd om je te verdiepen in het proces van whisky maken. We doorlopen alle stappen, van graan tot glas. En we proeven een aantal whisky’s om te weten waar nou al die bijzondere smaken vandaan komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deze theoretische kennis breng je vervolgens in de praktijk.Met jou groep ga je aan de slag met de verschillende onderdelen. Graan malen en natuurlijk stoken. Je maakt gezamenlijk de basis: new make spirit. Hou goed in de gaten hoe je spirit smaakt, want teveel heads of tails en je whisky is ineens totaal anders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Met de basis kun je vervolgens verder aan de slag, want whisky moet natuurlijk officieel in een houten vat. Kies je voor nieuw eikenhout of misschien wel een sherryinvloed? Met houtsnippers bootsen we de vatrijping na in de fles. Vervolgens neem je deze fles mee naar huis om verder te rijpen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prijs per persoon: \u20ac 100,-<\/s> –> \u20ac 85,- voor TDWA leden!
inclusief whisky proeverij, borrelplank en eigen fles new make spirit.
